Do you want a brash, badass, and belligerent car? What if I told you it all comes down to the engine? The Hellcat! Gobs of power and tons of fun! This thing is a serious tire-shredder! And the fun doesn’t end until you’re in a ditch or safely in a garage!
Stellantis has come up with some pretty rad rides to throw this motor into. And, in this article, we’re going to show you the best of the best and we’re going to rank them! You’re going to want to stick around for #1, the best Hellcat-powered vehicle ever, because it’s a lot like my mullet: business in the front, party in the back, baby!
#13: Roadkill Hellcat-Swapped 1968 Dodge Charger “General Mayhem”

Horsepower. That’s the Hellcat’s party trick. So what happens if you take an old clunker and throw a ton of horsepower at it? You get badass! And that’s exactly what the guys at Roadkill did with their old 1968 Charger: they swapped a snarling Hellkitty into it!
The guys from Roadkill got their hands on a crate motor out of a soon-to-be-crushed Charger Hellcat. So what do they decide to do with it? They threw it in one of their older Mopars in a true rat-rod style. But “General Mayhem” was also able to keep the interior out of the new car and throw on some nitrous and other go-fast goodies, which made the car good for over 900 horsepower!
They tailored the car to destroy just about anything in an eighth-mile drag and left it true to form, which we can applaud. We can also applaud Dodge for making a family-hauler Hellcat: the Durango SRT Hellcat!
#12: Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat

Hellcat fans who liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk probably got tired of only having two rows of seats. So, Dodge stepped up and stuffed their Hellcat motor into the three-row Durango. And unlike the measly 707 horsepower that the Jeep gets, the Dodge gets 710 horsepower! That’s 3 more horsepower to party with.
And I bet you’re thinking that it’s more expensive, right? Wrong! The Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is nearly $10,000 cheaper than the Trackhawk! And it’s the world’s most powerful three-row SUV! So, you want one? Sadly, you will have to wait since every single one for the 2021 model year has been sold out. Yes, every single one…
And that might be due to the fact that the Durango will beat out a Trackhawk and a Lamborghini Urus in a quarter-mile drag race, and it’s less than half the price of the Lambo! But let’s travel back in time, back to 2015.
#11: Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

2015 was the first year that the Hellcat hit the streets. And, let me tell you, it took the world by storm! Over 700 horsepower in a car with a base price of just over $60,000? It was unheard of! And it has only gotten crazier with time. 5 years later and people are still talking about how ridiculous the Hellcats are.
Give it 5 more years and who knows if we will even be able to buy new cars with internal combustion engines. Just after the Challenger was released with the hellish Hellcat, the rumors came true that the four-door Charger was to receive the same motor too!
#10: Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat

Now, I’m sure you know of the Charger Hellcat’s 707 horsepower of fury! But did you know that it got a power bump up to 717? Yeah, that’s right, the bonkers sedan one-upped itself! Was it because it needed more power? No. So, why was it done? Well, because it could be done and that’s justification enough for Dodge.
Offered in a narrow body and even a widebody version, traction is still the name of the game. And while there are more powerful versions of the Charger, it’s still one of the most powerful sedans ever, just beat out by its other Charger variant, the Redeye. Name a better way to get around with you and three of your best friends. The Charger Hellcat is one of the best.
But what happens if you’ve got more friends who want to tag along? You’ve got to go in our Honorable Mention, the Chrysler Pacifica Hellcat.
Honorable Mention: Chrysler Pacifica Hellcat

Yes, I know it’s not a real car, it’s just a rendering. But could you just imagine stuffing a Hellcat engine in an all-wheel drive Chrysler Pacifica minivan? Talk about a dream. Now, I understand no Chrysler cars have ever received a Hellcat motor and none currently have ever been done with an SRT treatment. So, it’s unlikely to see a Hellcat motor in a minivan. But a man can dream, right?
Luckily, we don’t have to dream to own this next car. Just work your ass off and you can get yourself a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye!
#9: Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye

The Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye receives a tuned Hellcat with nearly 800 horsepower, upping the standard Hellcat by a lot! It takes an already-golden recipe and turns it up to 11! More power and more bonkers! 3.4 seconds is all that it takes for this beast to hit 60 miles per hour!
And while the Challenger Hellcat Redeye is bananas, it’s not the craziest form of Challenger that you can buy off the lots today. And that’s why it sits behind the Charger, the Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye!
#8: Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye

The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye is the most powerful sedan in the world! Do I need to repeat that? The most powerful sedan in the world! 797 horsepower from the factory! Imagine this: you and three of your friends are able to take to the town and tear up the drag strip in the same whip! If you find yourself on the German Autobahn, one of these will reach a mind-twisting 203 miles per hour!
However, it’s not the fastest to 60 miles per hour and it’s not able to record a sub-11-second quarter-mile time, the Charger Hellcat Redeye just isn’t able to put all its power down. Even in widebody form, with 305-section tires, traction is its limiting factor. Full throttle at 70 miles per hour will light up the rear tires! Wrangle in this beast, and you’ve got yourself one hell of a time…
But, if you want to be able to terrorize the streets in a Hellcat, all while being stealthy, you’ve got to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk.
#7: Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk

Now, this ain’t your mom’s Jeep, not the one to tear up the trails either. The Trackhawk is made for one thing: fun! Yeah, that’s right, Jeep stuffed the 707-horsepower Hellcat motor in the Jeep Grand Cherokee! And that makes it one of the most powerful SUVs ever made, up there with the likes of the Porsche Cayenne Turbo and Mercedes ML63 AMG!
The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is pretty awesome, but its nearly $90,000 starting price tag makes it the most expensive Jeep ever! While that seems like a lot of money, it makes it look like the bargain of the century compared to the Cayenne Turbo and AMG models. And the Jeep holds its own when it comes to luxury and features too!
So, what more could you want? A 797-horsepower Redeye version would be killer! Why not even more? Well, Dodge delivered more with the Challenger SRT Super Stock.
#6: Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock

From the assembly plant, the Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock rolls off the line with a solid 807 horsepower! It’ll run the quarter-mile in 10.5 seconds. That’s faster than I can count to 10. With a 0-to-60 time faster than most supercars, this thing means business!
And the best part is that it cost less than $80,000 new! That breaks down to just $99 per horsepower, which makes it one of the best performance car bargains out there, while being able to kick many supercars to the curb.
On the road, it’ll be tamed by all the Prius cars clogging up the fast lane. Well, maybe not this Prius from American Racing Headers.
#5: Hellcat Toyota Prius SRT8

Let me tell you, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a cooler Prius! And, trust me, it’s not just all show and no go! Watch it smoke a Demon! It’s dressed up proudly in one of the most patriotic schemes out there, and it’s been taken to many car shows throughout the USA, showing off all it has to offer. But that’s not all! The owners actually decided to bring it across the ocean to Kuwait to visit current USA stationed troops. God bless America!
While this may be one of the most badass Hellcat-powered cars on the road, chances are you won’t go through the effort of Hellcat-swapping a Prius. But a Miata?
#4: Hellkitty Mazda Miata

Miata is always the answer, right? Well, fellow Youtuber KARR thought it as too. But, after some time, he grew tired of its lack of power. So what’s the logical thing to do? Throw on a blower, bigger exhaust, and call it good, right? Well, not exactly. As you might have guessed, he Hellcat-swapped it.
Starting off with an NB Miata, he married a Hellcat motor with a beefy Ford 8.8-inch rear end and welded the differential for some tire-shredding goodness. The build continued as most of the hood needed to be cut to fit the engine. Then it received a bright shade of orange paint. As if the engine bulging out of the hood wasn’t enough.
The car has been used and abused, and that’s what we like to see! And, unlike the other cars, this one is probably the cheapest on this list. But the amount of work to get it to where it is today is really what makes it one of a kind. Sadly, like all good things, it had to come to an end as KARR sold it at Barrett Jackson for less than $40,000! Sounds like a bargain to me.
But a Hellcat-swapped Miata isn’t an ideal car for towing and hauling and doing truck stuff. And Ram agreed too. So, they threw a Hellcat into a RAM 1500 and named it after a dinosaur!
#3: RAM 1500 TRX

Paying homage to the Raptor, the TRX takes a Raptor and makes it more bananas! More power, bigger, and meaner than a Raptor! While the TRX is the least powerful Hellcat out of the factory, it’s definitely the most capable because, at the end of the day, it is still a truck. From towing and hauling to tackling job sites, the TRX just fills a void that other Hellcat vehicles just couldn’t do.
Rocking truck nuts, the TRX will blow past a lot of cars, including a GT350 Mustang! The TRX will fly past expectations too. And Dodge definitely wants buyers to know that TRXs demolish Raptors. Clever marketing stunt or not, this truck packs a prehistoric punch! The 702 horsepower ain’t a small number either, as the Raptor only comes with 450. But, the Raptor is nearly $15,000 cheaper than the TRX.
While 702 is still a lot, the Challenger SRT Demon takes that up… by a lot! It has nearly a Miata-worth of additional power!
#2: Dodge Challenger SRT Demon

When speed and drag racing is the name of the game, the Dodge Demon is your only answer. It comes with only the essentials to make a quick pass down the strip. The Demon comes stripped down and ready to race. But, if you want to add in some features that you’ve come to expect in every other car on the road, be ready to pay $1.
Yeah, that’s right for $1 you can get yourself a passenger seat, rear seats, and, most importantly, the Demon’s Crate, which comes with skinny front tires, a new ECU, and a plethora of tools to work on your Demon. Of course, drag radials come standard, but you’re really going to need that Demon’s Crate in order to make the fastest passes at the strip.
Your Demon will hit 60 miles an hour in 2.3 seconds, which is faster than any hypercar! I’m talking Bugattis, Ferraris, and Koenigseggs! And all for less than $100,000! The Demon will do a quarter-mile run in a blistering 9.65 seconds and hit 140 miles per hour, which is so fast that the NHRA had them banned from competition.
With 840 horsepower on tap, the Demon isn’t to be messed with! But that isn’t the coolest Hellcat-powered car. Our favorite Hellcat-powered car comes straight from the beautiful state of Utah. The 6 wheeled glory resides among Stradman’s legendary fleet of supercars and hypercars.
#1: Stradman’s Hellcat Jeep Gladiator

Not only is this behemoth looking good and hunting supercars, Stradman is just starting his build with it! And by “just starting,” I mean it’s already the most badass Hellcat-powered car on this planet! His build started with a standard Jeep Gladiator, then he lifted it a solid 6.5 inches, wrapped it in his signature shade of purple, then put it on some Beadlock wheels and 40-inch tires.
Stradman then road-tripped it across the USA to have it Hellcat-swapped! Once it got back, he threw new wheels and even bigger tires on it! And he wasn’t even done yet! He converted it to a 6×6! But that’s not all! He’s even considered Hellephant-swapping it!
But in its current state, it’s one of the most badass rides on the planet! And we’re sure that his Hellcat Gladiator will spend years chasing views on views in the beautiful state of Utah!
